ROOM RESERVATION
Guests will make their reservations directly with the Tuscany.  Guests should call the Tuscany Room Reservations Department at 877-887-2261 and ask for Livorno American High School Reuniongroup ratesotherwise they will be able to utilize the following web link.

Each individual is required to provide a major credit card for first night’s room and tax deposit, which will be charged in order to guarantee accommodations.  All reservation requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the group’s arrival date. Reservation requests received after thecutoff will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.

Note:  The hotel will honor the special rate for Sunday preceding the reunion and Thursday following the reunion so plan to come early and stay later for 5 days at the special reunion rate.

Room Rates (Executive Suite)
The room rate ($89) is net - non commissionable and will be subject to Clark County room tax, which is currently (13.38%) – subject to change. Additional person over two (2) in the room will be at twenty- dollars ($20.00) per person, per night, plus room tax. If additional 
facilities are requested for rollaway bed or crib, the charge will be at the rate in force at the hotel during the period of the guest stay.  Children twelve (12) and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge.  Registered guests must be atthe age of twenty-one (21) or older.  The Hotel will waive the $39 Resort fee per night for the group.

Each guest will be responsible for the payment of room, tax and 
incidentals.  Tuscany requires first night room and tax deposit by major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The remaining room and tax will be due at check - in. 

POLICY
❖ Must be over 18 with valid out of state ID or 21 with Nevada ID matching reservation to check in.
❖ Incidental deposit of $150 on a credit card required upon arrival for all     executive suites. 
    A $500 deposit is required for all two- bedroom suites.
❖ Check - in time is after 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. 
❖ 72 - hour notice of cancellation is requiredfor individual reservations    to receive deposit refund. 

Ann Garretson Marshall will be our host for this year's reunion and is a resident of the area.  She will be assisting the reunion committee in planning activities for the 3-day reunion.

The hotel has an Italian themed restaurant where we will be holding our group dinner, a casino, entertainment lounge (free to guests) and many more amenities to make our reunion stay an enjoyable experience.

We will have a reserved suite near the pool where we can gather, have snacks and share our high school memories.  Bring your high school memorabilia to share with others.
