The closest airport (16 miles) is Portsmouth International Airport at Pease (PSM). The only commercial airline is Allegiant. Next closest (25 miles) is Portland International Jetport (PWM) served by several national carriers. Next (50 miles) is Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) which is the largest of the three mentioned so far. The major regional airport is Boston Logan (BOS), 70 miles to Ogunquit.

Car rentals are available at all. Enterprise is specifically featured at Pease. Rental rates are high at Boston, less at the smaller airports.

Hourly bus service connects Boston Logan to the transportation center at Pease. Limited service is also available between Manchester and Pease. All bus service is provided by C&J (www.ridecj.com/) as is occasional service from New York to Ogunquit (may be Summer only).  We will arrange to pick-up anyone who gets as close as Pease.

I have reserved the seats and sent the deposit. I had said I would buy the tickets when at least 16 were spoken for. We suddenly reached and exceeded that threshold and this week the number jumped to 22 so I stopped at the box office, ordered the tickets and selected the seats (a block in the front half of the center section, rows I, J and K). All seats in our initial block are now spoken for. Additional seats are available (at the moment) adjacent to the present block but the price will be $61 vs. $58 for you, the first group. It would take another 20 folks to earn the lower rate and I don't think we're going to get that many more.

So, keep in mind, if you were not included with the initial purchase the ticket prices will be $61.

Please plan to pay for you tickets before August 15th. I don't have the ability to take credit card payments but you can mail a personal check or send a BillPay check to me at PO Box 571, York Harbor, ME 03911. When you do so would you please also send me an email so I'm looking for your check?

For those arriving on Monday, the 10th (or earlier), you're invited to come to our Open House from 5 until whenever at 17 Wavecrest Drive, York, ME.

 The Hospitality Room won't be available until Tuesday so this is our substitute.

Directions from the Ogunquit: follow Route 1 South approximately 7 miles to the entrance to Interstate 95. Stay on Rt 1 but move left and turn left at the next light onto Route 1A North. Follow 1A for two miles and note the York Harbor Inn on your left. Continue 1/2 mile to Roaring Rock Road on the right and turn right. The second street on your right is Wavecrest Dr. Number 17 is a yellow house at the top of the street on the right up a steep driveway (sorry about that). The phone number is 207 361-3016..
